Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

All items are shipped from The Netherlands. World-wide insured shipping is included in the listing price. Please be aware that buyers from outside the EU might be subject to import duties.

After purchase, your item will be shipped within one business day. If there is an unforeseen reason why this term cannot be met, you will be notified via email. 

Each parcel is shipped in a secured parcel, and will be insured and traceable via  a tracking link, which will be send to you via a separate email. 

I cannot ship to some regions (for instance North-Korea, Russia, Iraq). If your order has to be canceled for this reason, you will be notified by email and will be fully reimbursed. 

Return Policy 

21stFinds offers a 14 days, no questions asked return policy. Your purchase will be refunded when it is returned in its original condition, minus the costs of shipping. Please be aware that the costs of return cannot be refunded. This return policy is not valid when: 

• There was no advanced notice of return.
• The item is not in original condition - effectively damaged, bent, scratched or in any way exhibiting signs of wear that were not there when sold.  
• The item was altered by you or an external party. 
• The item was altered before purchase by our bench jeweller - unless agreed upon differently.
