These sterling silver, hollow cufflinks are heart-shaped, with a marquise-shaped counter pendant.
They will be shipped in an antique cufflinks box, which likely is not their original box, but is very suitable for this set nonetheless.

Size: The hearts measure 12x11x5 mm.
Weight: combined 3.75 grams
Age: Hallmarked 'N' for 1887.
Material: Hallmarked for sterling 925/1000 silver. Also hallmarked 'J.J.R.', a maker's mark that I was not able to identify.
Condition: In good antique condition with minor signs of wear, consistent with their age. One of the hearts has a small dent: this can be seen in the last picture.
