This beauiful whip-shaped hairpin is made from tortoise, with a gold tip and a silver top element, which is studded with twelve rose-cut diamonds of various sizes.
The hairpin is still stored in its original black box with royal blue velvet interior, which reads 'J.W. Benson, 25 Old Bond St. London' on the inside.
