I found this stunning 18k gold and silver mount, studded with rose-cut diamonds, centered by a chipped green paste stone. It deserved a better center stone, so I replaced it with a hand-cut oval pink tourmaline, which adds a lovely pop of colour to its whimsical design. This tourmaline is encircled by several silver scrolls, which are set with rose-cut diamonds.

Age: Late 19th Century, circa 1890s.
Material: Acid-tested as 18k gold and silver.
Condition: In good antique condition with only minor signs of wear, consistent with age. The tourmaline is a replacement stone: two rose-cut diamonds were missing and were also replaced.
