This 14k yellow gold stickpin was originally worn in a man's cravat, the predecessor of the necktie. Its top is shaped like a horseshoe, which is set with six cushion-cut natural sapphires, with a combined estimated weight of 0.50 carats, and five cushion-cut diamonds, with a combined estimated weight of 0.25 carats.
