This gilded silver stickpin was originally worn in a man's cravat, the predecessor of the necktie. Its top is shaped like a chimera's head, which is holding an antique-cut paste stone in its mouth.
Not pictured is a little stopper, which I will include with your purchase to ensure you can wear the pin safely and securely!
Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss having this pin converted into a pendant for a small additional fee.
