This 18k yellow gold is centered by an oval-cut dark blue natural sapphire, with an estimated weight of 2.10 carats. This sapphire is encircled by a halo of small rose-cut diamonds, all set in open, platinum settings.

Material: Hallmarked with a French hallmark for 18k gold, used after 1838. There is also a partial maker's mark visible, which I was not able to identify.
Condition: In good antique condition with minor wear, consistent with its age. The facet edges of the central sapphire show slight wear, as can be seen in the pictures.
