This charming heart-shaped locket has an inner compartment to store a picture of a loved one. The back is crafted from solid 18k gold, and the front is made from silver, studded with numerous rose-cut diamonds of varying sizes. All diamonds are placed in open settings, allowing light to pass through the stones.

Condition: In great antique condition with only minor wear, consistent with age. I have decided not to clean the silver front for now because I appreciate the greyish patina that was created over time, but it could be polished back to a high sheen if desired.
