This tiny silver mouse is very happy to have caught a little seed pearl for dinner! His curly tail serves as a jump ring, and his furry coat is studded with tiny rose-cut diamonds.
Interestingly enough, the Victorians were very fond of creating jewels with mouses in various shapes and sizes, and this pendant is therefore a clear testament of the quirky jewellery trends that dominated the second half of the 19th Century.
