These 14k gold and silver drop earrings are each set with eleven rose-cut diamonds in closed, silver settings. Traditionally, this combination of metals was used because the silver optimizes the diamond's colour and brilliance, while the gold hooks were more durable and would not tarnish, like silver can, giving the risk of staining skin or clothing.
The bottom part of the drops can move independently, giving a great sense of movement when you wear them.
