This romantic bow-shaped pendant is centered by a cream-coloured bouton pearl. The ribbons are studded with rose-cut diamonds, and at the bottom dangles a drop, set with a cushion-cut sapphire and a rose-cut diamond-encrusted heart.
I suspect that it was originally part of a different jewel, since the bale and jump ring were added at a later date.

Material: acid tested as 14k gold and silver.
Condition: In antique condition with noticeable alterations and repairs. The bale and jump ring were added at a later point. The pearl shows glue remnants at the back, and therefore is likely a replacement. One of the settings of the rose-cut diamonds is opened at the back, and still sits securely in its setting.
