This antique silver open-worked belt buckle is studded with eight cushion-cut rubies. The center is decorated with the monogram 'CM' or 'MC'.
The mechanism at the back will hold the belt you are using in place, so you do not need a belt with holes to use it; this mechanism makes it very suitable to use with a ribbon.
