This open-worked silver bangle in neo-classical style is decorated with a pattern of scrollwork and cartouches. Its design is very typical of French designs of the late 19th Century. The top and bottom of the design are anchored by two rose gold gilded borders, which makes the silver center stand out even more.
The bracelet closes with a box-clasp that still works securely and is fitted with a little safety chain that prevents it from slipping off unnoticed.
