This 14k rose gold jabot pin is shaped like a sword. Its hilt is decorated with 16 antique-cut diamonds.
A jabot pin is a brooch that is meant to create a little 'tromp-l'oeil' or deception of the eye. It consists of two parts, the sword and its scabbard, which are connected through the fabric of the item you're wearing, creating the effect of you slashing the fabric with the sword. The two parts are connected with a little safety chain.
