This 14kt yellow gold arrow-shaped brooch is centered by an oval-shaped old-mine cut diamond, with an estimated weight of 0.50 carats, H-I colour, SI clarity.
The arrow famously is the weapon of Cupid. In the mid-19th Century, and well up to the first half of the 20th Century, brooches shaped like arrows were a very popular gift between lovers.
