This platinum ring is set with a row of ten old mine-cut diamonds. Their wonky, hand-cut shapes are typical for diamonds that were cut in the 19th Century, so I suspect that these diamonds were saved from an antique jewel and reset when this ring was created in the 1930s.
Each diamond has an estimated weight of 0.10 carats, making the combined weight of all diamonds around one carat, with an estimated colour of H-I and clarity ranging from SI to pique.
The sides of this ring have been engraved with a scrollwork pattern, as was often done in Art Deco period designs.
