This 14k yellow gold pendant was made in the early 20th Century to wear for good luck.
'Lucky spider web' jewellery was a big hit during the beginning of the 20th Century, and this is a lovely example of this trend.
The web is made of gold thread, which has been patiently woven around an eight-spiked wheel. The tiny spider is set with an oval, synthetic sapphire, and a natural seed pearl.
