This lovely bar brooch is made from 14k white gold and is set with five oval cabochon-cut turquoises and six rose-cut diamonds.
This colour combination is typical for the Art Deco era, when designers loved to work with white metals like platinum and white gold and often created pieces with bold colour contrasts, as can be seen in this brooch.
